Out Of Hours Policy
We are here for your pet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year should your pet have an emergency.
Our out of hours consult fees reflect the cost of providing this service, but we aim to keep them reasonable and proportionate.
Animal welfare is our first priority. Please do not hesitate to call for financial reasons. You will not be charged for emergency advice given over the phone.
Out of Hours Emergency Consult Fees
Please note these fees are for registered clients. There will be an additional £60 charge if you not already registered with us.
Week Days
4pm-6pm (Mon, Wed, Fri): £60 inc VAT
6pm-9pm: £96 in VAT
9pm-8am: £156 inc VAT

6pm-9pm: £96 inc VAT
